General terms

Center of applications AppDome - it's a place, where any Developer can deploy their applications for mobile devices.
For maximum comfort cooperation with Developers we have created all necessary conditions.

Responsibilities of the Center of applications

Center of Applications accepts responsibility to provide Developers all necessary means to accommodate the software (applications):

1. Protection of applications.
We have developed a package of measures to protect the applications. This measure is intended to encourage Developers to write applications for sell. The operating principle of our protection is based on association of application with the phone-IMEI of end-user.

2. Placing of applications.
We pledge to place on the our site a software, as represented by the Developer. We have all the necessary tools for this: disk space, FTP-server, stable hosting.

3. Service for control of sales.
We pledge to provide the Developer a login and password to enter the service for the control of sales. By using this service Developer gains access to the section where he can in real time to track the history of software sales, such as the number of visitors and amount of purchases.

4. Service to transfer money.
We use the most common to date the electronic payment systems: PayPal and WebMoney. The developer is able to receive funds in his account in one of these systems. Transfer of funds from the account of the Center of Applications to account of Developer is carried out monthly from the date of publication of application in the Center of applications at a rate of 20% (Center of Applications) at 80% (Developer).

5. Instructions and support on working with services.
We pledge to provide developers the necessary instructions to work with our services. Namely: how to introduce in the application of Developer our system of protection; how to place the application in our site; how to working with the system of control sales.

Responsibilities of Developer

1. Developer agrees not disclose to third persons information received from us about the algorithm of the protection, as well as about other services.

2. Developer agrees not to transmit to third persons login and password to log into the system to control sales recieved from us.

3. Developer is obliged to register themselves in one of payment systems (PayPal or WebMoney), and perform all necessary actions to ensure the receipt of funds from our accounts to his account.

4. Developer agrees to present us the applications in the proper form and provide it at least four screenshots in native resolution and descriptions in English (500 symbols max).

5. Developer agrees to provide a software update with taking into earlier embedded protection.

Recommendations for Developes

In order to reach the widest possible audience, we propose to create multilanguage software (at least with english interface).
